A dream of a homestead style life, has been something on our minds for nearly a decade, and now just in the last 3 years we have finally been able to make it happen! Although I am not a “anti” modern world, I do believe there are some things we have lost with such convenience. Connection to our food, and knowing the processes in which it got to our plate, is one of them!
